A health protocol for risk-free exhibiting
After a wait of more than a year, the moment has finally come for the event sector to get back to business. But how can you exhibit at a trade show with peace of mind? To help you plan your participation in the best possible conditions, find out more about our health protocol.
Develop your business in total safety
Despite the unprecedented circumstances surrounding this reopening, our goals remain unchanged:
·        help you recruit new customers,
·        support you in developing your business,
·        enable you to communicate with your peers.
Consequently, to continue fighting Covid-19 and ensure that the event management sector can fully and durably return to business, we have introduced a health protocol.
Its purpose is to guarantee the safety and protect the health of all show participants, whether exhibitors, visitors, partners, service providers or employees.
Observing the health protocol drawn up with the authorities
In accordance with the recommendations and wishes of the French government, our health protocol for the event sector was drawn up in close cooperation with the authorities.
We have introduced a code of conduct aimed at participants which incorporates all the health and safety measures imposed as part of the fight against Covid-19: barrier precautions, distancing rules, health pass, etc.
Please noteThese measures are likely to be adjusted in line with the decisions of the French authorities and as the public health crisis continues to evolve. |

Communicating efficiently for better protection
The public health measures that must be observed and the practices deployed to guarantee everyone’s safety are communicated to participants ahead of the event. The protocol is therefore published, and we invite exhibitors and visitors to download and activate the mobile app TousAntiCovid  before and during their participation at the exhibition.
To help guarantee the best conditions in our show and anticipate future developments in the public health crisis, we remain in permanent contact with the authorities and health services.
We are delighted to finally be able to meet up with you again, and we look forward to welcoming you.
